IREIT Global, the manager of IREIT, says Bruno de Pampelonne has resigned from his position as a non-executive director, with effect from Jan 1, 2025.
Pampelonne, who was appointed to the position in 2016, will also step down as a member of the nominating and remuneration committee of the board of directors.
Following his resignation, Louis d’Estienne d’Orves is set to be appointed as a member of the nominating and remuneration committee, with effect from Jan 1, 2025. d’Orves also currently serves as a non-executive director of the manager.
Units in IREIT Global closed flat at 28 cents on Dec 16.
