Cortina Holdings has announced several appointments within the group following the acquisition of Sincere Watch on June 1.

This includes the appointment of its group CEO, CEO of Cortina Watch, as well as chief financial officer of the group.

Lim Jit Ming, the son of Lim Keen Ban, Anthony, one of the group’s founders, will be group CEO of Cortina Holdings.

Following the appointment, Lim, who has been with the group since 1980, will relinquish his role as deputy CEO.

Jit Ming takes over the role from Lim Keen Ban, who was CEO of Cortina Holdings.

Following the group’s management restructuring, Keen Ban will continue as executive chairman of the enlarged Cortina group.

Lim Jit Yaw, Jit Ming’s brother, has been appointed CEO of Cortina Watch from his rose as chief operating officer of Cortina Holdings.

Andrew Yuen King Yu has been appointed Cortina Holdings’ chief financial officer. He was previously the group’s financial controller.

Lim Yin Chian, sister of Jit Ming and Jit Yaw, has been appointed the CEO of Franck Muller, from her previous role as managing director of Pacific Time, which oversees Cortina Holdings’ distribution watch business.

Yu Chuen Tek has been appointed the group’s chief corporate affairs officer, following which, he will cease to serve as the group’s senior executive director in finance and admin.

Lim Jun Shen, the son of Jit Ming has been promoted to operations manager of Cortina Watch from his role as retail operations manager.

Lim Hui Ying, the daughter of Jit Ming, has been promoted to general manager of Sincere Watch from regional operations manager.

Cortina, in November 2020, announced that it will buy over luxury watch retailer Sincere Watch for a consideration of $84.5 million.

Sincere Watch’s boutiques carry brands such as Audemars Piguet, Franck Muller, IWC, Panerai, Vacheron Constantin and Jaeger-LeCoultre.
