Creative Technology has appointed Tan Jok Tin as a non-executive and independent director of the group, with effect from 18 Sept.
Prior to his appointment, Tan presently serves as an independent director of SuSing Fund Management, which he was appointed on Aug 23, 2023.
Tan also holds the role of senior advisor for NUS and Enterprise Singapore’s enterprise leadership for transformation program.
Tan’s appointment has since been approved by the board, following a review of Tan’s qualifications, experiences, suitability and independence for the role.
Shares in Creative Technology C76 closed 1 cent lower, or down 0.83%, at $1.19 on Sept 18.
