InnoTek has appointed Angeline Tan Siang Keng as its group CFO, responsible for overseeing the company’s financial and management accounting, treasury, taxation, risk management and investments, among others.
Tan is the managing director and founder of AAJ Business Consulting. She is also the CFO of cybersecurity firm Falaina, via AAJ.
Shares in InnoTek closed flat on June 10 at 57.5 cents.
