APAC Realty, owner of property agency ERA, has announced that Jack Chua will be stepping down as CEO, with effect from July 1.
In its filing to the Singapore Exchange (SGX) on June 28, APAC Realty states that Chua will remain as executive chairman of the company, in line with the company’s succession plans.
Taking his place as CEO will be current COO Marcus Chu.
Chu, 55 has served as COO since August 2013. Prior to that, he was a senior vice president at ERA Realty Network.
Shares in APAC Realty closed 0.5 cents or 0.78% lower at 63.5 cents on June 28.
