Lifebrandz has appointed Lam Siew Kee as its new CEO and executive chairman after the resignation of its chairman and CEO Saito Hiroyuki on March 10.
Lam’s appointment is effective March 11.
Lam previously held roles as an executive director at UBS Singapore’s corporate advisory group, as well as director at Straits Advisors Group.
His most recent role was founder of management consultancy firm, Tubo Capital.
The group says, in an SGX filing, that Lam will “devote his time” to its business and operations upon his appointment.
Shares in Lifebrandz last traded at 1 cent before the group called for a trading halt before market open on March 11.
