Aspen Group Holdings is getting out of the glove business. On Oct 7, the company announced it is selling industrial land in Kedah for the equivalent of $61.42 million. The property spans 117,200.00 sq m and the factory on it has a built up area of 426,194.98 sq ft.
The rationale for the sale of the land and factory is because of a decline in demand for rubber gloves just as costs are rising; difficulty in getting customers, and geopolitical tensions.
