LHN has been awarded the tender of 260 Upper Bukit Timah Road, which will be turned into another of its Coliwoo-branded co-living properties.
The property, which was the Bukit Timah Fire Station, is sited near the upcoming Hume MRT station, is slated to start operations in the first half next year.
"We are confident that our plans for the premises will not only revitalise the premises itself but also benefit the wider neighbourhood,” says executive chairman and group managing director Kelvin Lim.
LHN shares closed at 34 cents on April 9, unchanged for the day.
