The manager of CapitaLand Ascott Trust HMN (CLAS) HMN has issued $120 million worth of fixed-rate notes due 2029.

The notes will carry a coupon of 3.69% per annum (p.a.) and will be issued under CLAS’ $2 billion multicurrency debt issuance programme.

The proceeds arising from the notes issuance will be used for refinancing the existing borrowings of CLAS and its subsidiaries.

The notes are expected to be issued on March 15.

Units in CLAS closed 0.5 cents lower or 0.55% down at 90 cents on March 8.
