The manager of CapitaLand Integrated Commercial Trust C38U (CICT) announced, on Sept 4, that HSBC Institutional Trust Services, the trustee-manager of RCS Trust, has redeemed its $150 million 3.05% fixed rate notes that were due this year. RCS refers to Raffles City Singapore.
The notes were issued under CICT’s US$2 billion Euro medium term note programme, which was established in 2000.
Following the redemption, the notes will be cancelled with effect from Sept 4.
Units in CICT closed at 0.7 cents lower or down 3.29% at $2.06 on Sept 4.
