Keppel DC REIT CEO Lee moving to FLCT

Loh Hwee Long will take over from Anthea Lee as the new CEO of Keppel DC REIT’s manager.

The appointment will take place with effect from July 28.

Lee, who took on this role in Feb 2021, is leaving to “pursue other interests”, says Keppel DC REIT AJBU

.

In its separate announcement on the same day, Frasers Logistics & Commercial Trust BUOU

says that Lee will take over as the CEO with effect from Aug 14, replacing Robert Stuart Claude Wallace.

Loh, the incoming CEO, has been with the Keppel group of companies in various capacities. He is currently the CIO overseeing data centre investments.

Loh, a graduate from the National University of Singapore, was previously with Mapletree Investments and GIC Real Estate.

As at March 31, the REIT owns 23 data centres across 9 countries valued at $3.7 billion.

Keppel DC REIT closed June 1 at $2.10, up 0.48% for the day, and up 17.32% year to date.

FLCT closed at $1.28 up 3.23% for the day and up 10.34% year to date.
