The manager of Mapletree Logistics Trust M44U (MLT) has announced the completion of the divestment of 30 Tuas South Avenue 8 on June 14.
Following this divestment, MLT’s portfolio stands at 186 properties — in which 48 properties are in Singapore, 14 in Australia, 43 in China, 9 in Hong Kong, 3 in India, 24 in Japan, 14 in Malaysia, 21 in South Korea and 10 in Vietnam.
MLT’s total value of assets under management is $13.3 billion.
Units in Mapletree Logistics Trust closed 1 cent lower or 0.752% down at $1.32 on June 14.
