Despite the virtually unchanged earnings, Netlink warns that as the pandemic is on-going, it “remains mindful of this uncertainty and the potential impact it might have on the Group’s operations.”
Nevertheless, it believes its business model is resilient and well-supported by predictable revenue streams, and it expects to maintain its distributions to unitholders.
Going forward, it is continuing to expand its network in new housing estates and is also exploring opportunities to invest in telecommunication infrastructure businesses overseas.
Netlink NBN Trust closed May 11 unchanged 98 cents.
