Quantum Healthcare has triggered a query from the Singapore Exchange Regulation (SGX RegCo) after shares in the company rose by 0.2 cent or 40%. Shares in the company climbed to an intra-day high of 0.8 cent at 10.32am before falling back to 0.7 cent.
In its query at 10.28am on Nov 21, the SGX RegCo asked Quantum Healthcare to confirm its compliance with the listing rules and asked the company to release any information that may have brought about the “unusual volume movements”.
Shares in Quantum Healthcare were most heavily traded on the SGX as at 1.18pm, with a total of 113.5 million shares changed hands so far. This is in contrast to the 30,000 shares that changed hands as at market close on Nov 20.
As at 1.19pm, shares in Quantum Healthcare are trading 0.2 cent higher or 40% up at 0.7 cent.
