An 18.3% surge in share price to 19.4 cents from its last close price of 16.4 cents as at 3.17pm on April 30 has prompted a query from the Singapore Exchange Regulation (SGX RegCo) to Raffles Education.
The query came in at 3.18pm on the same day, asking the company to reveal any information that may have brought about the unusual price movements.
Raffles Education was also asked to confirm its compliance with the listing rules.

Shares in Raffles Education further rose, reaching an intra-day high of 21.3 cents, 29.9% above its last closed price.
Shares in the company closed 3.6 cents higher or 22.0% up at 20 cents on April 30.
