SINGAPORE (July 14): SGX Mainboard-listed OKP Holdings has called for a trading halt after a work site collapse at an uncompleted viaduct near the Pan Island Expressway (PIE).

One worker has died and 10 others were injured in the accident in the early hours of Friday morning. The Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) was alerted to the incident at 3.35am.

OKP’s wholly-owned subsidiary Or Kim Peow Contractors was the construction firm entrusted with the building of the viaduct, which was to connect Tampines Expressway (TPE) to PIE and Upper Changi Road East.
