A Triomphe
The 1990s vibe is captured in the Ava Triomphe Soft Bag by Celine with the Triomphe flap that appeared at the winter 2023 show. The bag comes in two finishes: smooth calfskin and canvas, with the house’s monogram, the Triomphe. Bags are now available in tan, chestnut and black, while the canvas version comes in tan and white.

Flamin’ hot
Eva Longoria has certainly come a long way from her Desperate Housewives days, and this award-winning actress is a champion of charities and organisations supporting Latinos. Her latest directorial project is Flamin’ Hot, and Longoria showed up at the Los Angeles movie screening wearing earrings from the Chopard Haute Joaillerie collection. The earrings featured 103.55 carats of drop-shaped moonstones, 9.28 red-orange round-shaped sapphires, 8.93 carats of black onyx, and 2.05 carats of diamonds set in 18-karat white gold. She also selected a ring from the Red Carpet collection, which showcased 23.43 carats of orange opals, 10.72 carats of yellow-orange round-shaped sapphires, 3.25 carats of round-shaped rubies, and coloured diamonds set in 18-karat white gold.

Add a little bling
Men can wear jewellery too, and Rupert Friend shows us how with a brooch from Maison Boucheron. He was seen wearing a Cicada brooch on the lapel of his coat during the Asteroid City movie premiere, held at the Alice Tully Hall at Lincoln Center on June 13th in New York City. The brooch is set with aquamarine, paved with diamonds, and crafted in white gold. Here, English actor Rupert Friend confidently embraces the trend of men’s jewellery.

Royal spirit
Created in 1953 to mark the coronation of Queen Elizabeth II, Royal Salute is an exceptionally crafted and aged blended Scotch whisky for serious drinkers. Some intricate blends include the Royal Salute 62 Gun Salute, reserved only for royal occasions, the Royal Salute Wedding Edition, the Royal Salute 51-Year-Old from the Time Series, and the latest King Charles III Edition.
Whisky lovers can sign up for the brand’s Cask Programme and purchase an entire cask from Royal Salute’s vault at the Strathisla Distillery in Scotland to be part of this royal lineage. Meticulously blended by in-house Master Blender Sandy Hyslop using rare oak barrels, each cask is aged between 24 to 33 years. Only 21 of the most exceptional blends will be selected for the Cask Programme, and each is specially numbered to reflect their scarcity. Upon purchase, you can even personalise the boxes for bottling your chosen cask. To discover more, visit www.royalsalute.com.

Sift & Pick adds second store
Online bag retailer Sift & Pick has launched its second store in Singapore. Originating as an e-commerce platform, the brand has gained acclaim for its exhibition of independent fashion bags featuring the latest trends that captivated customers. Sift & Pick expanded its horizons beyond the virtual realm and ventured into immersive shopping experiences through nationwide pop-ups and its first outlet at Tangs at VivoCity. As they interacted firsthand with the meticulously chosen collection, the overwhelming customer response led Sift & Pick to open another bricks-and-mortar outlet. After weighing their options, the team concluded that the fashion sanctuary of 313@somerset provided the perfect backdrop for their new location.

Italian style
Tods unveils the men’s spring-summer 2024 collection, which is reinterpreted with an essential touch. The casual tailoring is even more relaxed, featuring warm tones of brown and ecru, made from high-quality materials, ranging from the most precious and lightweight leathers to impalpable suede. The familiar triangular leather pattern on the Field Jacket remains present. The belt comes in two models: the Greca Belt in rope and without a buckle, symbolising the contemporary menswear wardrobe, and the woven leather version with the T Timeless buckle, Tod’s famed symbol throughout the collection.
