Rhyme and reason
Moschino’s Creative Director Jeremy Scott has done it again and his Spring/Summer 2022 collection is fun and playful. His imagination carries the Moschino woman to a dainty fashion coupled with nostalgia and novelty. Illustrated animal prints highlight the designer’s sartorial nursery rhyme. Its main characters include bears flying kites, poodles with flower crowns, happy-go-lucky seals balancing striped beach balls, and giraffes pulling trolleys chock-full of blossoms.

Games people play
Bang & Olufsen has launched the Beoplay Portal, the wireless headphones for gaming that is compatible with PC and PlayStation consoles. The array of beamforming microphones isolates and amplifies the user’s voice while canceling out background noise – creating a Virtual Boom Arm experience that eliminates the need for a physical one. This in turn means that whilst Portal’s gaming uses are unlimited, the headphones can also be worn for everyday listening and activities. This edition of Beoplay Portal offers a significant increase in battery life, providing up to 42 hours of continuous playtime using Bluetooth and Active Noise Cancellation (+18 hours); or 19 hours of wireless playtime with Active Noise Cancellation (+7 hours).

Bring it back
In the 1970s Levi launched a collection called Fresh Produce that featured the colours of fruit and vegetables. This year, that collection is relaunched with a ... well... fresher look. For Spring/Summer 2022, a beautiful range of dyed favorites featuring dyes derived from natural sources, including plants and botanicals. The dyes in the Fresh collection come from one of three natural sources, including non-endangered or non-threatened plants.

A symbol of love
The Chopard Love Cinema collection is inspired by the movies. For this, the rose is elevated to star status with a goldsmith’s sculpture, graced with articulated diamond petals. This is designed based on the Charlie Chaplin movie City Lights. This is a story of the gift of a little flower girl madly loved by Chaplin at the height of his art and playing a tramp who became an iconic figure both in cinema and in popular culture. A reinvented rose featuring white diamond petals, blooming at the tip of a stem bearing black diamond leaves, a chromatic tribute to the dense, photogenic black and white images of Chaplin’s films.
