BTSC CARES, the charitable arm of the club, will host 40 to 50 children from Touch Young Arrows, along with their families, at the event. BTSC CARES will sponsor a booklet of coupons worth $40 for each kid that can be redeemed for activities such as pony rides, pony feeding and tractor rides. Through this, BTSC CARES hopes to see the families have a great time together. Activities include a dressage competition, pony races, show jumping demonstrations and mounted pony games. The kids can go on the pony ride or participate in pony feeding.

Canines will get their time in the spotlight too. There will be dog agility shows by Mercylight Dog Adoption and German Shepherd Dog Association.

There will also be fun activities to get the adrenalin going such as tractor rides and a barrel roll on the vast open space in a giant Zorb ball or bloop ball. If you are still game for more, gear up for battle time with laser clay and laser tag.

When you get hungry, grab a bite at Pico tin Restaurant, the Travelling Cow Food Truck, Coffee Bandits Food Truck and Lekker Sausage BBQ. If the day proves to be too hot, cool down with Scoopy’s Ice Cream and Soi Coco Coconuts. Adults can enjoy a glass of wine from Straits Wine Company or Crossroads Beer Company. Lastly, the all-time favourite Riders Café will also be open, but you have to make a reservation for this.
