A jolly good time

At Blue Jasmine, a halal restaurant on Level 5 of Park Hotel Farrer Park, the exclusive Christmas buffet menu takes its guests’ taste buds to Thailand, with a little detour through Europe. Popular Thai dishes such as fish cakes and som tam (spicy salad) are juxtaposed against classic Christmas staples such as log cake and a live station of roast meats marinated Esarn- style. Be sure to try the restaurant’s signature dishes and desserts available at the buffet.

Cultural crossover

The Song of India chef Manjunath Mural spices up the traditional Christmas turkey with his seasonal Whole Tandoori Turkey Stuffed with Porcini Mushroom Briyani. It is then stuffed with a porcini mushroom briyani and served alongside yoghurt sauce as well as a sweet, tomato-based wine sauce.
