The Mosella À La Carte Style Brunch, available on Saturdays from 12pm–2.30pm, is priced at $108++ per adult and $54++ per child aged eight to 12 years old, inclusive of soft drinks, coffee and tea. Wine lovers may add on a free-flow Champagne package at $98++ per person featuring Aubert & Fils Champagne, Rosé Prosecco, red and white wines, as well as a brunch selection of cocktails including Bloody Mary, Passionfruit Martini and more.

The Singapore EDITION invites guests to partake in a communal celebration of Australia’s favourite weekend tradition at its signature restaurant FYSH at EDITION. The new FYSH Roast menu features Niland’s boundary-pushing approach to seafood with a showcase of the ocean’s freshest catch, succulent roasts and fresh greens.
Sundays are meant for indulgence, connections, and shared culinary exploration, hence the FYSH Roast menu is designed for sharing. Diners begin with a selection of starters like Swordfish Empanadas with Roast Garlic Yoghurt, Charcoal Grilled Slipper Lobster with Vadouvan and Lime, and the signature FYSH Egg Tart with Trout Roe, Soft Eggs and Nutmeg, before moving on to their main course that they can enjoy as individual portions or for sharing across the table.
Highlights for mains include the Flowering Zucchini & Pecorino Pie with Grilled Peppers, Saffron and Basil which is meant for individual enjoyment; a beautifully charred Butterflied Aquna Murray Cod with a serving of barbecued greens, a dish for two or four to share; or a Selection of Dry-Aged Mooloolaba Yellowfin Tuna with a generous serving of sides including Rib-eye Steak, Merguez Sausage & Glazed Skirt Steak for sharing between a group of four.

LUCE, the Italian dining concept in InterContinental Singapore is unveiling a brand-new buffet experience under the guidance of new Chef de Cuisine, Andrea Rossi, who hails from Ravenna – the culinary heartland of Italy’s famed region of Emilia Romagna.
Beginning at the raw section, indulge in an array of Seafood on Ice, including seasonal live oyster, Boston lobster, snow crab and more, before feasting on Premium Sashimi and Sushi. Additionally, the extensive Artisanal Cheese selection highlights the finest offerings from each region of Italy, including the rare Ubriaco Al Whiskey – a whiskey-soaked and barrel-aged cheese from the Northeast Veneto region.
Be spoiled for choice by several pasta dishes for you to choose from. A favourite was the Girelle di Pasta al Forno Emiliana, which is a baked pasta dish stuffed with ricotta and mascarpone cheese, green asparagus, and brown butter. For other pasta choices, the Gnocchi Sorrentina stands as the pride of Sorrento, featuring pillowy potato dumplings enveloped in a vibrant Pomodoro sauce and topped with creamy mozzarella, while the Spaghetti di Gragnano alla Bolognese sees perfectly al dente spaghetti coated in a deep, savoury beef sauce – reminiscent of a comforting home-cooked meal.
