Volkswagen Electric City was a family-fun festival that featured a gamut of EVs from VW, Skoda and Cupra
Volkswagen Centre Singapore - Lightning didn’t just strike once but multiple times at the Volkswagen Group Singapore’s Electric City event, which showcased a raft of electric vehicles (EV) from VW, Skoda and Cupra — the largest display of its kind for the group in Singapore.
The full gamut of EVs on display included the ID.3, ID.4, ID.4 GTX, ID.5, ID.5 GTX, ID.7, and our personal favourite, the ID. Buzz. From Skoda, there was the Enyaq, Enyaq Coupé and Enyaq RS, with Cupra rounding things off with a preview of the Born, its first EV.
However, Volkswagen Electric City was not just another showroom launch, as the premises were transformed into a carnival-like space for that one weekend to enthral the entire family, pets included.

The family-fun activities included games, crafts, live performances and food booths galore alongside the cars to engage visitors into channelling their creativity and discovering more about the future of mobility with the three brands.
Some of the vendors included Mow Foodwagon, Sourbombe and The Acai Collective, while Ducks N Crafts and Littlebotany organised hands-on workshops.
