Time for tipple
Singapore Cocktail Festival
The largest cocktail event in Asia, Singapore Cocktail Festival (SGCF), makes its return with over 60 tipple-infused events from Nov 12 to Dec 12 at 36 participating cocktail bars.
As part of the programme, each bar will present one music-themed cocktail each (since music is not allowed these days) at a special price of $18++, such as Employees Only Singapore’s signature cocktail inspired by Frank Sinatra’s My Way.
For day drinkers, there will also cocktail brunches offered over five weekends at Astor Bar, Jekyll & Hyde, Ju Hua Tai, Low Tide, Madame Fan, MO Bar, Origin Bar, Republic Bar, Tess Bar & Kitchen and Tippling Club.
And what is a cocktail fest without a pub crawl? Enthusiasts can pick from four bar crawl itineraries, each designed to spotlight the world’s best bars, from Singapore to London. Each itinerary will feature a visit to three of the hottest bars for you to sample a cocktail each. The Singapore bar crawl which features a curation of top local bars will be held on Nov 17 and 18 at $70 per person; while The Taste of London Bar Crawl will be held on Dec 1 and 2 where you’ll enjoy made-in-London libations from three local bars at $100 per person.
