The manufacturing process for Carbon TPT® B4 mirrors that of Carbon TPT®. Numerous layers of parallel carbon fibres, each measuring no more than 50 microns in thickness, are infused with a new high-performance resin. These layers are then meticulously stacked using NTPT’s proprietary machinery, which adjusts the fibre orientation by 70° between layers.
