Private whisky dinner

The Macallan

Founded in 1824, The Macallan is renowned worldwide for its extraordinary single malt whiskies. Its outstanding quality and distinctive character reveal the uncompromised excellence pursued by The Macallan since Alexander Reid established it on a plateau above the River Spey in northeast Scotland.

To enjoy a taste of the brand’s premium Double Cask range — featuring the Double Cask 12 Years Old, 15 Years Old and 18 Years Old — sign up for The Macallan Double Cask Divided Experience on Nov 11 and Nov 18 to enjoy a private dinner held at The Macallan Boutique at Raffles Hotel Singapore.

Guests will be taken on a journey through the seasons, visually and gastronomically. They will be treated to a specially selected whisky-pairing menu from Osteria BBR by Alain Ducasse. The dining experience will also be paired with an exclusive serve ritual that heightens the olfactory senses – almost as if transported to The Macallan’s Speyside home. For reservations, visit www.themacallan.com/en-sg/the-macallan-raffles-hotel-singapore.
