SINGAPORE (July 31): A consortium of investors led by Perennial Real Estate Holdings announced Monday it is considering the en bloc sale of AXA Tower at no less than $1.65 billion.

The other members of the consortium are HPRY Holdings and some other investors.

HPRY is an investment vehicle wholly-owned by Kuok Khoon Hong, chairman and sponsor of Perennial and CEO of Wilmar International.
