Phase 1 of Vibrant’s debut industrial development in China 92% leased out

SINGAPORE (July 25): Vibrant Group says 80% subsidiary Fervent Industrial Development (Suzhou) Co. has secured substantial leases in its debut industrial development in China.

As of Tuesday, 92% of 58,024 sqm available factory space in Phase 1 of Fervent High Tech Industrial Park located in Changshu has been leased out.

Phase 1 consists of six blocks of standard light industrial factory and five-storey multipurpose facility.
