SINGAPORE (March 31): Marvelstone Capital plans to launch a new robo-advisor platform in 3Q this year, which is to be available on desktop and mobile for the asset management company’s clients.

Unlike traditional financial advisors, robo-advisors provide financial advice or portfolio management online with minimal human intervention.

In a Thursday press release, Marvelstone says its upcoming product will be Asia’s first licensed robo-advisor for family offices in Asia, through which it aims to “leverage technology and innovation to grow the wealth of new generations of family offices in Asia”.
