SINGAPORE (May 19): Moya Holdings Asia, the water treatment company based in Indonesia, is showing improvements in its profitability.

Revenue increases have come from Moya’s two build-operate-transfer (BOT) water supply projects, located in Bekasi Regency and Tangerang city. Each has an installed capacity of 1,150 litres per second and comes with a 25-year concession.

Moya’s gross profit margin has also increased — to 8% from 2.3% a year ago — mainly attributed to higher water sales margins from both the BOT projects.
