Frasers Hospitality opens Changsha serviced residence; on track to double China properties

SINGAPORE (Nov 3): The hospitality arm of Frasers Centrepoint Limited on Friday announced the grand opening of Modena by Fraser Changsha, and says it is on track to double its number of operating properties in China.

The 354-unit Modena by Fraser Changsha serviced residence, located in the capital of Hunan Province, was one of the 14 properties that Frasers Hospitality planned to open in China over the next four years.

“China is our fastest growing market and we are excited to double our inventory in the world’s second largest economy to 25 operating properties across 15 cities by 2021,” says Choe Peng Sum, chief executive officer of Frasers Hospitality.
