SINGAPORE (June 16): Real estate group Hiap Hoe is acquiring Trafford City Hotel Limited – the owner of Holiday Inn Express Trafford City, Mercury Way, Manchester, UK – through its indirect wholly-owned subsidiaries for a consideration of £26.3 million ($46.5 million).

Holiday Inn Express Trafford City is a limited service hotel located in the Trafford area of Manchester.

It is branded as a Holiday Inn Express in accordance with a franchise agreement with IHG Hotels, and is managed by Tower Hotel Management, a subsidiary of The Peel Group.
