SINGAPORE (Feb 14): Low Keng Huat announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Glopeak Development, has acquired Cairnhill Mansions from the owners of the units for $362 million in an en bloc sale.

The freehold development located at 69 Cairnhill Road has a land area of about 43,103 sf.

The property will be redeveloped into a high-rise residential condominium with facilities that is expected to yield about 200 residential units.
