Metro announces $114 mil investment in Indonesia's Trans Park Bintaro project

SINGAPORE (Apr 16): Metro Holdings has established a partnership with Trans Corp and Lee Kim Tah Group to develop two towers in Jakarta with a value of Rp1.33 trillion ($127 million).

Metro Group’s 90% commitment for the investment translates to $114 million.

In a Monday announcement, Metro says the development of Trans Park Bintaro will be over a site area of about 1.6ha located within Bintaro Jaya, a mature township which is now over 1,500ha.
