SINGAPORE (Sept 29): David Block, CEO of Sarine Technologies, says the group will take all steps necessary to stop the unlawful use of its technology as it continues to enforce its intellectual property (IP) rights.

The group and its wholly-owned subsidiary, Galatea, is currently engaged in a legal battle against Diyora & Bhanderi Corporation (DBC), among others, in relation to patent and software copyright infringement rights.

This includes DBC’s alleged wrongful use of Sarine’s protected rough diamond scanning machines and planning software.
