SC Auto sets up $30 mil overseas facility in Myanmar with IE Singapore support

SINGAPORE (June 12): SC Auto, Singapore’s largest bus manufacturer, announced today it will be setting up its first overseas facility in Yangon, Myanmar, worth $30 million.

International Enterprise (IE) Singapore will be supporting this project, which is targeted to begin production in 2Q 2018.

The 16,000 sqm facility will enable SC Auto to increase production by four times, meeting the growing demands around the region, including Myanmar.
