SINGAPORE (May 29): The Bombay High Court has ordered the lawsuit filed by a subsidiary of the National Stock Exchange of India (NSE) against Singapore Exchange to be settled through arbitration, says SGX in a Tuesday filing.

India Index Services and Products Ltd (IISL), an NSE subsidiary, had on May 21 filed for and was granted an interim injunction against the June 4 launch of SGX’s new India derivatives products.  The decision on the injunction is expected by June 16.
