SINGAPORE (Nov 14): Singapore’s Tech Skills Accelerator (TeSA) FinTech Collective will be formalised this week, said Ong Ye Kung, Minister for Education (Higher Education and Skills), Second Minister for Defence, and a member of the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) board of directors.

Ong spoke on behalf of MAS at the welcome dinner for International Technology Advisory Panel (ITAP) members and conference speakers, which was held last evening as part of the Singapore FinTech Festival.
