SINGAPORE (Feb 21): ICLP, the loyalty marketing agency unit of the Collinson Group, has released its latest findings based on a survey which aims to identify top factors driving the buying decisions of Singapore’s “next generation of shoppers”.

In a release issued last Tuesday, ICLP says its data suggests that any innovation in the local retail industry should be directed towards greater consistency and reliability; providing better rewards; as well as introducing more thoughtful personalisation.

This is because from out of close to 300 millennials in Singapore who were surveyed by the agency, 74% said they would buy more if their favourite retailers’ products were more consistent and reliable, placing it as a top factor in driving more purchases.
