SINGAPORE (March 30): Here are some stocks that could move the market this Thursday morning.

Phua Chian Kin, controlling shareholder and group CEO of TEE International, plans to take the company private. The company’s shares last traded at 19.1 cents, down just over 2% over the past year. At this level, TEE International is valued at 22.68 times and has a market value of just over $96 million.
