SINGAPORE (June 12): SUTL Enterprise announced Monday that it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with PT Pelindo Properti Indonesia (PT PPI) to provide integrated marina consultancy services for a marina project currently under construction at Boom Banyuwangi in East Java, Indonesia.

In addition, SUTL Enterprise executive director and chief executive officer Arthur Tay says discussions were underway for the group to manage the integrated marina under its ONE°15 brand upon completion.

Spanning a total area of 44.2 hectares, the project will have a total of five zones, which include marina, commercial, theme park, eco-park and public services.
