CGS-CIMB's Ong Khang Chuen has also upped his EPS estimates for FY2023 to FY2025 by 41% to 56%.

The contract is said to be the largest on record for the company.

The charges were in relation to the use of unmanned drones by Boustead Projects E&C at two of its construction sites.

Boustead Projects E&C says it is currently seeking formal legal advice on the matter, but it intends to “vigorously dispute” Veolia’s “unreasonable” claim.
