Acromec acquires 60% stake in Golden Harvest Engineering

SINGAPORE (Nov 23): Engineering service provider, Acromec, has acquired a 60% stake in Golden Harvest Engineering for $1.86 million, its first acquisition since listing on the Singapore Exchange’s Catalist Board in April.
