MAS and global payments company Mastercard have signed an MOU to enhance cooperation in cybersecurity.

This provides consumers with a new option to participate in commerce across multiple blockchains with increased security and ease.

This means eligible NETS merchants will now be able to accept payments using NETS, Mastercard and Visa.

The partnership is expected to bring more than 20% increase in Mastercard transaction volumes at Jewel in the next three years.
