Yoma Fleet

As part of the consideration, Yoma Strategic has issued and allotted 137 million new ordinary shares to Tokyo Century Asia.

The analyst believes Yoma would have a new substantial shareholder available for deeper collaboration and access to funding.

The consideration will be paid via the issuance and allotment of new shares in Yoma Strategic.

SINGAPORE (Apr 22): Yoma Strategic Holdings says Tokyo Century, one of the Japan’s largest leasing companies, will acquire a 20% stake for US$26.6 million ($36 million) in Yoma Fleet by way of newly issued shares.
