Yoma Strategic’s proposed acquisition of the remaining 20% stake in Yoma Fleet will be completed on July 26. Under the agreement, Yoma will acquire all of Tokyo Century Asia’s interest in Yoma Fleet comprising 2 million shares.

As part of the consideration, Yoma Strategic has issued and allotted 137 million new ordinary shares in the company to Tokyo Century Asia at the issue price of 13.5 cents per share. The new shares will rank equally to the other shares in Yoma.

Following the issuance and allotment of the shares, Yoma Strategic now has a total of 2.39 billion issued shares, up from 2.25 billion shares previously.

The shares will be listed and quoted on the Singapore Exchange S68

Securities Trading Limited (SGX-ST) at 9am on July 26.

As at 9.06am, shares in Yoma are trading 0.7 cents higher or 6.03% up at 12.3 cents.
