SINGAPORE (July 3): International Enterprise (IE) Singapore, the government agency that promotes international trade and partners Singapore companies to go global, has brought together portfolio companies of state-owned fund Temasek Holdings to jointly participate in high speed rail projects, starting with the Kuala Lumpur-Singapore High Speed Rail (KL-SG HSR). 

The companies are namely Clifford Capital; DBS; Sembcorp Industries subsidiary Sembcorp Design & Construction; SMRT International, a wholly-owned subsidiary of SMRT Corporation; consulting firm Surbana Jurong; and ST Electronics, the electronics arm of ST Engineering.  

Together, their solutions cover the entire value chain of financing, design, construction, system integration, operations and maintenance, says IE Singapore in a press release on Sunday.
