SINGAPORE (June 15): The roar of Tigerair is coming to an end.

From July 25, Tigerair will be officially integrated into the Scoot brand with both airlines operating under a common license, or Air Operator Certificate, the two airlines announced on Thursday.

While the plan is still subject to final regulatory approval, the Singapore Airlines (SIA) Group siblings say this is the “final milestone” in the integration process which was set in motion since May 2016, when they were brought under a common holding company, Budget Aviation Holdings.
