SINGAPORE (Oct 4): United Global Limited, the lubricant manufacturer and trader, announced that wholly-owned subsidiary United Oil Company and M-TechX United have entered into a joint venture (JV) & shareholders’ agreement with Japan’s M-TechX Group.

The JV will manufacture oil absorbing nano-fibre materials for industrial and commercial industries globally, especially Singapore, Indonesia and Japan.

M-TechX is the proprietor and sole owner of a new technology for the mass production and commercialisation of nano-fibre, using a liquid atomisation process to produce nano-fibres of various dimensions.
