SINGAPORE (May 22): Round Two of USP Group’s extraordinary general meeting, to be held on May 24, is shaping up to be a rousing one.

For starters, the requisitioning shareholder, Joshua Huang (photo), is expected to be present, after being absent from the previous EGM.

And, the company has finally released, in a stock exchange filing on Sunday, Huang’s reasons for requisitioning the meeting.
