USP receives notice of May 8 EGM from lawyers of requisitioning members

SINGAPORE (April 17): USP Group had on April 7 received a letter from the solicitors representing one of the two requisitioning members.

USP says the letter encloses a notice of Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM).

The notice called for an EGM on May 8 2017 at 2.30 pm at Conference Room 2, TKP Conference Centre Raffles Place, 55 Market Street #03-01.
